Agile – Importance of Organizational Culture

Moving from waterfall to agile requires an organizational culture transformation.  Organizational culture is the glue that binds people and process to deliver results. The organization’s culture was not build overnight. It is evolved over a period of time based on the experience and the belief system on how work progresses and how decisions are made.
